WHAT IS THE CAREER MENTORSHIP PROGRAM ABOUT?
The Program connects youths with Industry Professionals who have walked the path to receive guidance and support in order to gain a better understanding of their chosen or intended career

Helps the mentees develop clarity in making career-based decisions based on their interest, goals and circumstances
Help youths develop a clearer understanding of their personalities including strengths, opportunities for growth, values and beliefs
Our Career mentors are all volunteers recruited from various industries and walks of life:
Career Mentors must be:
a) Willing to commit time to guide younger individuals
b) Able to relate to youths and express their thoughts extremely well
c) Have an extremely good understanding of their chosen career/profession
d) Be willing to undergo a Sex Offender Background check as well as a mandatory training progam to ensure they are equipped for the role, they will be serving
